Overview
Plums for Trash is a competitive and educational recycling game in which players sort waste and exchange it for plums from the market. It includes four categories of waste that we often encounter in our daily lives. Each card features a unique illustration and an interesting fact about recycling that you may not know.
The game stimulates the development of skills such as strategic thinking, adaptability, observation, memory, and counting. The components lack text, making the game accessible even to the youngest players. There are six types of special cards that make the game unpredictable, and if you use them correctly, you can win more plums.
How to play
Each player receives one container for glass, paper, plastic, and organic waste. A landfill and a plum market are formed. On each turn, players sort waste by placing it in their containers and then have the opportunity to exchange them for plums from the market. The landfill hides hungry raccoons, magnets, extra plums, and other special cards that can give you an advantage if you discover them before others.
The player who collects the most plums wins.
