When do I get to make my order?
All orders are dispatched directly from our distribution points in Bulgaria (EU) or the United Kingdom, depending on product availability and your delivery address.
We process and prepare orders within 1–3 business days, after which they are handed over to our trusted shipping partners.
Delivery times vary by region, but on average, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 weeks.
Orders are shipped via regular post. If you would like tracked shipping, please mention it in the order notes at checkout.

We offer standard worldwide shipping for only 5€.

What happens if my order “sticks” or disappears in the mail?
All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, is returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. In cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. See the guidelines for refund and return for when this may be relevant in shipping conditions.
Am I paid for duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are tax-free. Import charges, fees and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at the final destination, as determined by the local customs office. Payment of these costs and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on fees, contact your local customs office. Usually, there are no customs, fees or taxes, but there are always rare exceptions.
