Play Meets Learning – NASTOLA at the SmartyKids Olympiad 2025

At NASTOLA, we believe that board games are not just fun – they can be powerful tools for learning, development, and connection. That’s why we were happy to partner with SmartyKids Bulgaria and take part in the National SmartyKids Olympiad 2025, held on June 7 and 8 in Plovdiv.

An Olympiad with a Mission

The National Olympiad brought together students from across the country to demonstrate their skills in mental arithmetic, logic, and mathematics. The atmosphere was full of energy, excitement, and a drive for personal achievement. NASTOLA was there to add a touch of playfulness and creativity to the experience.

Our Role at the Event

As an official partner of the Olympiad, we created a special game zone where:

• Children could discover modern board games that inspire thinking.
• Parents and educators could learn how games can bridge the development of logic, quick thinking, and social skills.
• Everyone could take a break between competition rounds and spend time together in a fun and meaningful way.

We showcased original titles like “Hold Your Hat!” and “Plums for Trash,” and the reactions — smiles, enthusiasm, and lots of questions — showed us that play is a natural extension of learning.
